I moved in a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it here! The rent is great for what you get, the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and management/maintenance are very on top of things. Lorraine is particularly helpful and kind, she had to deal with me struggling to get all the paperwork in and was patient about it.

Awesome place to live at now that there is new Management. They have taken care of all my needs and fixed any maintenance repairs when they came up. Property manager Lorraine has great managing skills and hold you to a high standard as she should. She takes great pride in our neighborhood.

Alright. I’m writing this during the most recent change of management and please believe when I say that there is a night and day difference! Prior to the new management…see all reviews below regarding. As far as the new management goes, well for starters they ARE present, extremely helpful, and responsive!

I live in a 1 bed 1 bath apartment and they are nice. The neighborhood is calm & around newer apartments, & very close to restaurants/stores/parks. Also, Lorraine has been welcoming and great to work with!
